Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Malcolm John Harvey of 41 Portrush Parade, Meadow Springs, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 03/10/2023, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Natalie Constance Lyle Harvey care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, PO Box 840, West Perth WA 6872, by 21 August 2025, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
