Creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the estate of Thomas Richard Skinner, late of 10 Wedgewood Glade, Gosnells, Western Australia, who died on 16 August 2020, are required by the executor, Steven John Blyth, to send to Lewis Blyth & Hooper, [contact details redacted] 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
