These regulations amend the Charitable Collections Regulations 1947. They relate to the form of application for a licence, penalties for failing to provide information, comply with directions, bank charitable money, keep a register of assets, visiting a house for collecting outside permitted hours, and failing to invest monies in a bank or with care, diligence and skill. They also update the prescribed offences and modified penalties, and amend Schedule 2 Form 1 and 2.
