Brings specified parts of the Procurement Act 2020 into operation the day after gazettal.

Made under the procurement act 2020 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the procurement act 2020 commencement proclamation 2020. The following provisions of the procurement act 2020 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette: (a) parts 2 to 6; (b) part 8; (c) part 9 (but only section 52); (d) part 10 (but only division 4).

Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
Approves the temporary appointment of Hon M. D. Swinbourn MLC to act as Attorney General and Minister for Corrective Services, Commerce, Tertiary and International Education from September 24 to 27, 2026.
