Instrument of delegation made pursuant to section 25(1) of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967. The Minister for Mines and Petroleum delegates powers and functions under the Act and associated regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety holding designated positions. The delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers. The delegate cannot further delegate these powers.
