Delegates powers and duties under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 and associated regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety holding designated positions. The delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers, and the delegates cannot further delegate these powers.
