Notice to creditors and claimants of Peggy Joanne Drew late of Unit 11, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 14 December 2025 are required by the Trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 0[contact details redacted] of Level 1, 575 Bourke, Melbourne VIC 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 3 April 2026 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
