Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 27 september 2025, are required by the executors of c/- stables scott, suite 15, [contact details redacted] 6008, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
