I, Roger Cook MLA, Minister for Health, order that the assets, rights and liabilities of the North Metropolitan Health Service specified in Table B, acquired or incurred on or before the Transfer Date, are transferred on the Transfer Date to the Health Ministerial Body. Accordingly, a reference to NMHS or its predecessor in the items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect on and after the Transfer Date as if the reference were to HMB.
