This notice, which is for public information only, is to confirm that the Governor has approved under section 3.19(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 for the area in Schedule A to be considered part of the district of the Town of Victoria Park for the purposes of carrying out its executive functions under the Act. A map with a general depiction of the approved area is also provided in Schedule B.
