Made under the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2022. The Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Amendment Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 July 2022.
