This proclamation is the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2022. The Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021, other than the commenced provisions and the deleted provisions, comes into operation on 20 June 2022.

Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
Approves the temporary appointment of Hon M. D. Swinbourn MLC to act as Attorney General and Minister for Corrective Services, Commerce, Tertiary and International Education from September 24 to 27, 2026.
