It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 28(3) of the State Supply Commission Act 1991, the State Supply Commission has issued the following supply policy, which are effective from 2 june 2020— open and effective competition policy; procurement planning, evaluation reports and contract management policy; and disposal of goods policy.
