Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 43 of the Partnership Act 1895 (WA) that the Kwinana Power Partnership previously subsisting between IPM (Kwinana) Pty Limited of Level 23, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne, VIC 3006 and Kwinana Power Holdings Pty Limited of Level 23, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne, VIC 3006 was dissolved by mutual consent as from the close of business on 1 october 2025.
