Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates), in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14th October 2022 are requested by the Executor, Michele Ruth West, [contact details redacted] Ann Hemmett, [contact details redacted] their claims to the Executors at the above addresses, within one month from the date on which this notice is published, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
