Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, the following area of water is set aside for water skiing at Lake Mullocullop: all those waters east of a specified line and south of another specified line, excluding waters within 30 metres of the shore. Water skiing activities are prohibited in waters less than 1.5 metres in depth. Water skiing direction shall be anti-clockwise and only permitted within the daylight hours of 9am to 5pm.
