Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of John Matthew MacIntyre late of 29 Naval Parade, Ocean Reef, Western Australia, who died on 19 January 2018, are required by his personal representatives John William MacIntyre and Betty Margaret Gilbert to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville wa 6007 by the date which is 31 days after the publication date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
