Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 december 2023, are required by the trustee, ante zorotovic, of care of norfolk lawyers, 6 norfolk street, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by the 10th day of may 2025, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
