Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 june 2021, are required by the trustee, ante zorotovic of care of frichot lawyers, level 1 manning buildings, 135 high street mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by 18 november 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
