Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates powers and duties under specified regulations to the Executive Director, Circular Economy, and the Executive Director, Assurance, of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 6 dated 30 April 2024 is revoked.
