Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 august 2025, are required by the executor, keith chapman, care of [contact details redacted] their claim by friday 12 december 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
