Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 august 2025, are required by the executor, keith chapman, care of po box 564, west perth, wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim by friday 12 december 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
