Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Diane Lydia Malcolm of 4 Laurel Road, Woodlands, Western Australia, deceased who died on 20 March 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Christopher Robert Malcolm care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, West Perth, Western Australia, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
