Made by the treasurer, under section 129n (1) of the electricity industry act 2004 (the act). This notice is the electricity industry (temporary access contribution) notice (no. 1) 2021. This notice shall take effect on 1 july 2021. Pursuant to section 129n(1) of the act, the temporary access contribution that is payable by the regional electricity corporation for the purpose of part 9b of the act in respect of the period commencing onβ(a) 1 july 2021 and ending on 30 june 2022 is $13,273,426; (b) 1 july 2022 and ending on 30 june 2023 is $13,273,426; (c) 1 july 2023 and ending on 30 june 2024 is $13,273,426; and (d) 1 july 2024 and ending on 30 june 2025 is $13,273,426.
