Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA402 as published in the Government Gazette on 20 December 2019 and set aside the following area of water for the purpose of water skiing—Logue Brook Dam: Whilst the official water level is equal to or higher than 216 metres and less than 221 metres above the Australian Height Datum as published by the Water Corporation of Western Australia.
