The council of the Town of East Fremantle resolved on 13 December 2016 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law contains the rules that apply to the conduct of meetings of the Council and its committees and to meetings of electors.

Approves the Town of East Fremantle Local Planning Scheme amendment modifying zone objectives for the Royal George Hotel special zone.
