Notice to all owners/occupiers of land in East Fremantle to clear flammable matter by November 30 each year, or within 14 days of becoming owner/occupier. Details requirements for land areas of 1500 square metres or less, and more than 1500 square metres. Firebreaks must be maintained until March 31 each year. Applications for alternative firebreak positions must be submitted by November 2. Penalty for non-compliance is a fine of up to $5000. Burning is prohibited.
