Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 4 december 2018, the governor, acting under section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council ordered the exemption given to tyre and auto pty ltd be revoked. This revocation ensures tyre and auto pty ltd is no longer part of wesfarmers ltd’s exemption approval.
