Notice is given that on 28 june 2022, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered that the exemption given to adora fertility pty ltd and craigie day hospital pty ltd under section 164 be revoked. These revocations ensure adora fertility pty ltd and craigie day hospital pty ltd are no longer part of healius limited’s exempt employer approval.
