This notice, which is for public information only, is to confirm that Hannah Beazley MLA, Minister for Local Government, has issued a declaration under section 6.26(4) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the following land is non-rateable land for the purposes of the Act—details of land duration of exemption 39 Nelson Crescent, East Perth, wa 6004. Effective from 20 February 2024 to 30 June 2025.
