Under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011, the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of South Perth resolved on 21 November 2017 to adopt the following local law. This local law is cited as the City of South Perth Cats Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of South Perth Cats Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 4 November 2016.
