Made by the minister under section 54. This plan is the Kimberley Crab Managed Fishery Management Plan 2018. This plan will come into operation on 1 November 2018. The Fishery to which this plan relates is fishing for crab by any means in the waters described in Schedule 1. The Fishery is a managed fishery, and may be referred to as the Kimberley Crab Managed Fishery.
