In the estate of Margaret Litherland, late of Gordon Lodge RAAFA, 2 Bull Creek Drive, Bull Creek, WA 6149, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 20th June 2022 are required by the Executor of the deceased's estate being Helen Bretherton of 12 Broomfield Arcade, Canning Vale, WA, 6155 to send particulars of their claims to the applicant within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
