Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 october 2022, are required by the executor, arron clive parker care of mid west lawyers pty ltd, suite 1, wiebbe hayes house, [contact details redacted] their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
