Delegates powers and duties under the Environmental Protection Act, effective July 1, 2017, and revokes Delegation No. 41.

The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate from 1 July 2017, all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by sections 38A(1), 39A(3) and (4), 39A(7), 40(4), 40(5) and 40(6)(b), 48A(1)(a), 48A (1)(b), 48C(4), 48C(5)(b) of the Act. Delegation No. 41 published in the Government Gazette on 7 March 2017, is revoked from 1 July 2017.
