Simon Baxter, Inspector, approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for cycling road races in various locations. Racing is confined to the left of the carriageway on specified roads in the City of Wanneroo, Shire of Leonora, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale, and Shire of Collie. Suspensions apply to regulations regarding stop signs/lines and cyclists riding abreast. Participants must comply with other traffic laws and COVID-19 guidelines.
