It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, has certified, and recommended that, for the purpose of advancing the planning, development and use of the land described below, it should be made the subject of Improvement Plan No. 61—Lot 200 No. 71 Edward Street, Perth. The Improvement Plan area comprises the entirety of Lot 200 No. 71 Edward Street, Perth, as depicted on WAPC Plan No. 3.2834. The purpose of Improvement Plan No. 61 is to provide for the WAPC or its delegates and the City of Vincent to work collaboratively in order to facilitate the revitalisation of the site in line with the relevant planning framework. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and the Governor. Improvement Plan No. 61—Lot 200 No. 71 Edward Street, Perth, is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. All documents relating to this amendment can be viewed online on the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage’s website at www.dplh.wa.gov.au/improvement-plans-schemes.
