Made by the Minister for Planning under section 20 of the Act. This notice is the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2017. This notice comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette; the rest of the notice — on 1 July 2017. The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees to be charged in respect of things referred to in that Schedule. The Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2016 is repealed.
