Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 14 november 2022, are required by the personal representatives valerie june piggott and gregory william fleay of c/- mcwilliams davis lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to them by 8 july 2024, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
