The City of South Perth, under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005, makes the following Local Planning Scheme. This local planning scheme is the City of South Perth Local Planning Scheme No. 7. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. Town Planning Scheme No. 6—gazetted 29 April 2003 is revoked.
