Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the road traffic code amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the road traffic code amendment regulations (no. 3) 2020. In regulation 20 in the insertion delete regulation 130b(2)(e).
