Proclamation made under the Procurement Act 2020 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. Provisions of the Procurement Act 2020 come into operation on 1 June 2021: Part 7; sections 40 to 51, 53 and 54; Part 10 Divisions 1 to 3 and 5 to 7.
