I, Jackie Jarvis, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Little Rat Coral Farm Pty Ltd (ACN 621 245 494) at two sites within the abrolhos islands for a term ending 30 june 2040. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the department of primary industries and regional development, perth.
