Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of doreen susan doust, deceased, who died on the 30th day of july 2025 at coolibah care, 30 third avenue, mandurah in the said state are required by the executor matthew jaime bassett-scarfe to send particulars of their claims to peel legal barristers & solicitors of po box 1995, mandurah, wa 6210 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
