I, Alistair Jones, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under section 59A of the Act. This delegation is subject to the condition that the powers under section 59A may only be executed for the purposes provided for by section 59A(2)(e) of the Act. Delegation 154 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 dated 5 May 2021 is revoked.
