Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 11th day of May 2025, are required by the executor and trustee, being mr steven leigh pynt care of mp commercial lawyers unit 1, 8 pakenham street, fremantle wa 6160, to send particulars of their claims to him at unit 1, 8 pakenham street, fremantle wa 6160, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
