Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 22nd day of January 2024 at Bethesda Hospital, Queenslea Drive, Claremont WA 6010, are required by the Executor and Trustee, being Mr Steven Leigh Pynt care of MP Commercial Lawyers Unit 1, [contact details redacted] 6160, to send particulars of their claims to him at Unit 1, [contact details redacted] 6160, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
