Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the deceased who died on 1 November 2023 are required by the Executors, Christine Jean Barnes and Martin James North c/- Sunstone Legal, PO Box 1157, Bibra Lake DC WA 6965, to send particulars of their claims to the Executor within one month of the date of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
