Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 20 July 2024 are required by the Executor, Sandra Lee Walton-Ellery c/- Sunstone Legal, [contact details redacted] Executor within one month of the date of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
