I, alistair jones, in my capacity as acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the waste avoidance and resource recovery act 2007 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 92 of the act, hereby delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of executive director, legislation and strategic engagement of the department of water and environmental regulation my powers and duties under— (a) part 4, division 3—waste plans of the act, being sections 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44, other than this power of delegation. pursuant to section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, delegation no. 4 dated 5 march 2021 and published in the gazette on 12 march 2021 is hereby revoked.
