Under the powers conferred by the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, the Cat Act 2011, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Quairading resolved on 22 February 2018 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Quairading Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2017 and comes into operation on the same day it is published in the Government Gazette.
